St Andrew’s once again hosted the annual IAPS Cross-Country Championships on Saturday the 11th of May. Nine IAPS schools from around Kenya were in attendance to compete in the boys and girls under 9, under 11 and under 13 categories.
Kenton College proved the dominant force on the day winning 4 out of the six categories and being crowned overall champions for the third year running. Peponi House finished second, winning the Under 9 girls and under 13 boys categories. Team Turi had to wait for the final race of the day to celebrate as under 13 boy, Jamie Jean-Louis, brought home the victory with a fantastic run around the 5km course, winning in a time of 21 minutes 49 seconds.
